Dr. Gaik's office is conveniently located on the mountain in Hamilton, Ontario in the professional building at Limeridge Mall (free parking).

OFFICE HOURS: Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm

The administration office is open from 9 am to 4 pm on Friday to assist with appointment booking and financial arrangements or to answer any questions you may have.

APPOINTMENTS: After your initial consultation, the appointment to place your orthodontic appliances is normally booked for 60 minutes depending on the procedure required. Adjustment appointments are scheduled at regular intervals of 4 to 8 weeks with each visit taking approximately 15 minutes.  It is important to keep your appointments in order to keep your treatment on schedule.  We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Dr. Gaik has set aside time each day for unforeseen emergency appointments.  In addition, when the office is closed in the evening, on weekends and for the holidays, arrangements are made for emergency care.  Contact numbers will be listed on the office phone message.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS:  The cost of Orthodontic treatment depends on the severity of the orthodontic problem and the length of time required to complete treatment.  Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental and psychological well being of both children and adults.  Our goal is to minimize financial consideration being an obstacle to obtaining this important dental service.

We are pleased to offer our patients interest free monthly instalment payments tailored to suit their budgets and a nominal down payment.  We also prepare insurance pre-determination forms and the monthly claim forms for any orthodontic insurance coverage you may have.  At the initial consultation, fees and payment options will be explained to you and provided in writing for your consideration.
